I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Summary of the Terms and Conditions:
Pre/Blank/Gift Registrations: Where full delegate details are not provided at the time of registration – whether by pre-registration, blank registration, or as a gift – the purchaser agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Where the registration is then allocated to another individual, registration will only be completed on acceptance of these terms and conditions by the attendee.
Refund/Cancellation: No refunds or cancellations will be permitted. However, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting Add email address before Add date providing it has been fully paid, and subject to the transferee accepting these Terms and Conditions.
Filming/photography: The conference and ticketed areas outside the auditorium will be captured in both photographs and audio/video. Lead UK owns the copyright in all such material and reserves the right to use this material for promotional/commercial purposes and/or sale of products and all forms of broadcasting.
The unauthorised recording and publication of any session may be a breach of rights of others and of conditions imposed by the Venue Owner/Manager and can lead to a delegate being required to leave the conference.
Programme: Lead UK reserves the right to change published conference speakers and details and has the final say on any matter relating to the conference.
Seating: If you require special seating for medical reasons or require another registered delegate as a carer or friend to accompany you must put your request in writing, with supporting documentation, before Add date.
Visas: You should ensure you have a valid visa and can comply with all UK immigration requirements before completing registration for the conference. Prior to Add date delegates who have completed registration and made full payment, may request, in writing, that we provide a letter, which confirms registration at the conference. No other form of assistance is provided and a letter will not be provided after this date. If a visa is declined we accept no responsibility for any costs incurred or losses such as conference tickets, flights or accommodation.

By registering through this website, you enter into a legally binding contract with Lead UK, a UK charitable company, limited by guarantee, (No: 11962307) (“Lead UK”). The contract is governed by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
2. YOUR STATUS AND WEBSITE REGISTRATION:
By placing an order for Lead UK you confirm to Lead Ltd that:
- you are 18 years of age or over
- you are able legally to enter into a binding contract
- you have completed the registration procedure
- the details you provide are complete and correct. You are obliged
immediately to inform us of any changes to the details you have provided to us during the registration process. Lead UK is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of your failure to provide us with correct and up-to-date information.
3. CONTRACT FORMATION:
a. Your registration does not by itself complete a contract with Lead UK. In registering you make an offer to Lead UK. A binding contract will only be formed once we have accepted your offer. Lead UK may decline to accept an offer for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, inability to take payment from you), and will have no liability in respect of refusing, or otherwise failing, to accept an offer.
b. After you register with us and make all instalment payments, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and notifying you that payment for your registration has been taken. At this point, there is a contract between us, however we retain the right to terminate the contract and refund any payment made where in our absolute discretion we determine that it is inappropriate for the applicant to be permitted to attend the event.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT:
a. Registration must be made through one of our chosen payment services providers. In order to make a payment through one of these providers, you will need a credit or debit card.
b. When a credit or debit card is added as a payment method during the checkout process before the registration is accepted, a pre-authorisation for the full registration, or if instalments are permitted, the instalment amount of the registration will take place against the credit or debit card. At this point Lead UK has not taken payment. This is a check, to ensure that the credit or debit card will allow payment or instalment payment to be taken when the order is placed. Only once authorised does Lead UK take payments.
c. In the event your card is declined and full payment or all instalments are not paid, we will email to advise that registration has not been completed.
d. There is a Venue Facility Fee of £1.50 payable to the venue on all tickets sold.
5. CANCELLING YOUR REGISTRATION, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS:
a. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted.
b. Special Circumstances: From time to time there may be a need for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to the refund policy. To discuss this please email Add email address.
